Shipping Policy

Orders received by 6am HAST are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This schedule is subject to change based on holidays and farm activities but we will always send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Free Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $100 (U.S. only). We ship by USPS, either ground advantage or priority mail.


Hawaii

Orders are shipped by first class mail within the state of Hawaii. Larger orders may be shipped by USPS priority mail. Shipping is $6 on all Hawaiian islands. Shipping time is generally 2-3 days.

U.S. mainland and other states

Orders are shipped by USPS Priority or ground advantage to US mainland. Shipping fees vary depending on weight. Shipping time is generally 3-7 business days for USPS Priority and 5-15 days for ground advantage mail.


Canada

Canada customers may choose USPS Priority International or USPS Priority Express International (if available) but please note the expected transit time as packages are frequently delayed in customs.

International

We ship international orders to select locations. Please contact us for shipping options. For an estimate of shipping costs to other countries, please send an email request to info(at)maunakeatea.com with your desired items for purchase.

We may not be able to ship to some countries.


Payment

Web orders are most easily handled with Square credit card payment.  For Paypal users and other methods of payment, please request an invoice for payment online.  For custom orders, send an email and we will quote directly to your needs.

Return Policy

Due to sensitive and fragile nature of our teas and teawares, Mauna Kea Tea will not accept the return of any tea or goods without authorization. Authorization can be obtained by calling 808-775-1171 or email at info(at)maunakeatea.com.

If you received a wrong order, or any missing or damaged goods in your order by our mistake, we will give full credit.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may first call or email us within 14 days of your order date. You may do this by calling or emailing us with your name, the invoice number, and nature of the problem.

All promotional items, special orders and sales are non-refundable. Authorized returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
