Mauna Kea Premium Oolong Tea is medium-dark oolong with fruity aroma with full body. We harvest the leaves of oolong varieties at precise timing to retain the aroma and let the leaves naturally oxidize until desired level of oxidation is reached. Leaves are then slowly dried in such a way to deepen the flavor.
