Ordering

Ordering from our website - Our online shopping pages are designed for easy ordering and checkout process through Paypal shopping cart system.

Click "add to cart" button to put desired items into your shopping cart. You can modify quantity of each item in your shopping cart or remove undesired items. Click on "Proceed to checkout" button will take you to secure Paypal payment pages where you enter your payment and shipping information. Paypal account is not required for checkout.

Shipping Policy

Unless otherwise requested, all sales orders received by Thursday will be sent out weekly on Friday afternoon. Shipping is by US Postal Service, priority or first class mail.

Payment

We accept cash, checks, money order, travelers checks, and credit cards.

Web orders are most easily handled with Paypal. A paypal account is not necessary to use the service. For mail and fax orders please use an order form.

Return Policy

We will be glad to give full credit for wrong order, or any missing or damaged goods in your order. You may do this by calling us with your name, the invoice number, and nature of the problem. Or you can e-mail us.

Please note that we do not accept returns on our tea leaf. If you have any questions or concerns about our teas, please contact us by phone or email.
